FEES
The tariffs charged by the Board in respect of its licensing and annual investigative functions are fixed by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Act (Act 4 of 1996). The Board’s policy regarding the calculation of other tariffs charged by it in respect of investigative and related activities and services is determined by a formula which is based on the total cost of employment of the functionary performing the activity or service, in conjunction with the overhead costs associated with the activity or service, proportionally calculated and reduced to an hourly rate.
